Dear Azurians,

Azuria Viscri — Guesthouses is a complex of rooms set in 2 traditional Transylvanian houses. The effort of bringing these houses to their present form has been considerable, both in time and finances.

Please respect the following rules of conduct, both for yourself and for the Azurians who will follow. Together we make Azuria grow sustainably. We want Azuria to be a place of calm and relaxation for guests who wish to escape the everyday for a few days.

For everyone's comfort.

   Please respect the integrity of objects in your room — most are heritage items, traditional and restored with care. Damaging them carries a cost greater than money, since they are unique pieces, many no longer being made.

   Rooms are usually adjacent to one another. Please observe the quiet hours noted in the “Important information” section.

3. 03

   Linens and towels are washed and cleaned to the highest standards. Given the village's location, the effort of professional laundering is significant. Using them with everyday care ensures their durability for your next visit too.

   If you have special needs, please speak to the inn's staff — we are confident they will find a solution.

   Please dispose of waste in the bins provided in the rooms and in the designated areas in the courtyard. Viscri is a UNESCO heritage village, and waste processing here is more demanding.

   Please do not use the rooms for parties involving loud music or raised voices. The inn reserves the right to interrupt any such gathering should it occur.

   Companion dogs are welcome. We are animal lovers ourselves and understand the joy of having your beloved companion with you on holiday. We do apply a cleaning fee for your pet, to keep our living standards high.

   The books you find at the inn may be read while you are staying at Azuria. When you leave, please respectfully return them where you found them, for the comfort of future guests.

Meals, quiet, connections.

   Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 every day.

2. 02

   For guests who chose the full-board package, meal times are: lunch between 13:00–15:00 and dinner between 18:00–20:00.

   When guests opt for packages including lunch or dinner, the amounts paid are non-refundable. The inn ensures portions are prepared, and the work behind that must be respected.

   Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. Please respect your own rest and that of fellow Azurians during this interval.

   Guests benefit from free internet access (see credentials below).

6. 06

   Guests who choose coffee in disposable cups are urgently asked to dispose of the packaging in the bins provided on the property or in the designated spots in the village. Viscri is a UNESCO heritage village, and its integrity and cleanliness must be respected by everyone.

   We wish to make Azuria a place you return to with joy and tell friends about. Any feedback is encouraged.
