Subject of the contract
By accepting these terms, the guest reserves accommodation in one of the 6 rooms at Azuria Viscri (Casa Vitraliilor + Casa Lalelelor), for the period selected in the booking form. The contract is concluded online upon booking confirmation.
The service offered is tourist accommodation in a guesthouse, classified by the Romanian Ministry of Tourism.

Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in RON (Romanian lei), VAT included. The total booking price covers accommodation, any child surcharges (per /policies), any extras chosen (breakfast, experiences) and the local tax.
Payment is made online by card (processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) or at check-in, in cash or card, depending on the options active at booking time. With online payment, the amount is charged at confirmation. With pay-on-arrival, the guest receives a confirmation email and pays at reception during check-in.

Booking confirmation
After completing the form and accepting these terms, the guest receives a confirmation email with booking details and a self-service link (to view, modify, or cancel). The confirmation marks the conclusion of the contract.
For online payments, status becomes PAID_ONLINE upon successful Stripe charge. For pay-on-arrival, status is PENDING_PAY until check-in.

Modification and cancellation
The cancellation policy is detailed at /policies and shown to the guest before booking finalization. In general: free cancellation up to a number of days before check-in, then a graduated reduction down to no refund.
Under Art. 16(l) of OUG 34/2014, accommodation contracts for non-residential purposes are EXEMPT from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The guest expressly waives this right by accepting the terms.
In case of cancellation under the policy, refunds are made via the original payment method, within 14 days.

Guest obligations
Guests agree to abide by the House Rules (/house-rules) and the Policies (/policies). These include, but are not limited to: quiet hours 22:00–08:00, no smoking indoors, respect for heritage objects in the room, payment of the surcharge for accompanying pets.
Failure to comply may lead to interruption of the stay, without refund.

Liability
The guesthouse is liable for the quality of services as required by Romanian law (OG 99/2000 and tourism legislation). For damage caused by the guest's fault (heritage objects, furniture, linens), the guest covers the actual repair/replacement cost.
We take reasonable measures to secure the site and data (HTTPS via Cloudflare, in-transit encryption, PCI compliance through Stripe), but cannot guarantee zero technical incidents.

Right of withdrawal
Per Art. 16(l) of OUG 34/2014 (Romanian transposition of EU Directive 2011/83), accommodation services for non-residential purposes are EXEMPT from the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.
This means the guest CANNOT withdraw the booking without cause within 14 days. Cancellation occurs solely under the published cancellation policy.

Dispute resolution (ADR / ODR)
Disputes are first resolved amicably by contacting the inn at [email protected] or via the phone listed at /contact.
If no amicable solution is reached, the guest may turn to:

· The European Online Dispute Resolution platform – ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
· The competent Romanian courts.

Changes and applicable law
These terms may change. The version applicable to a booking is the one published on the site at the time of confirmation.
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is settled by competent Romanian courts.
